This unit is powered by a powerful compressor that can achieve ultra-low temperature freezing at -40℉. The cooling effect is balanced and there is an automated defrost function for easier daily maintenance. During its cooling cycle, it is able to bring food whether it is fresh semi-cooked products or fresh seafood, meat and dough down to the proper storage temperature in the shortest possible time.
